The ideal candidate for this role will be detail-oriented, creative, strategic, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills and most importantly be passionate about event marketing with a proven record for strong project management.
Requirement Profile - Personal & Professional:
- Degree or advance studies in Management / Communication / Marketing
 - Practical experience in online marketing and/or B2B marketing
 - In-depth knowledge and experience in SEO & SEM, social media marketing, inbound and content marketing
 - Independent, creative and responsible way of working
 - Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
 - Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
 - Independent efficient time management
 - Knowledge of a headless CMS is an advantage
 - Fun in writing
 - Ability to work in a team & "hands-on mentality"
 - Fluent in Portuguese and English
 
Activities and responsibility:
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of the national online marketing strategy
 - Creation, coordination and implementation of the individual marketing and communication campaigns
 - Planning and implementation of strategic and operational online marketing measures (SEO & SEM)
 - Data protection-compliant content development and support of online presences, primarily social media and website (PR management, CMS & content creation)
 - Executing a plan for qualified leads and opportunity conversions
 - Design of marketing material (flyers, brochures, etc.) according to CI/CD guidelines, incl. order
 - Creation and design of monthly blog posts
 - Co-responsible for the conception, coordination and participation in trade fairs and events
 - Responsible for proper documentation and archiving of work
 - Independent monthly KPI reporting
 - Support of various online rating portals
 - Integration with CRM system
 - Further development of the merging of marketing KPIs from different channels
 - Production of marketing videos (camera, editing and animation) is an advantage.
